BURGUNDIAN WINE DINNER / HWC#10 / 06/11/24

Join us on November 6th for some of Burgundy’s most classic dishes paired with legendary wines.

Due to skyrocketing prices of Burgundy’s beloved Pinots, sommeliers have had to adapt and look for regions to take its place on wine menus. Its fairly common to not find wines from the region for less than £70, and thats before we even get to the 1er Cru gear. A few years back (2017 to be precise) myself (Ollie) & a friend went to Hull for the day, got pissed and purchased a load of the stuff and tucked it away in a temperature controlled warehouse until just last week it was delivered (after being forgotten). Having tasted some of these wines, we decided this was a great opportunity to get another event together in honour of Burgundian food and its wines. What better way to celebrate our 10th wine club event.

This event will be priced at £80pp (as we were saying Burgundy is expensive) and a deposit of £40pp will need to be paid on booking). We will be accepting bookings from 6.30pm, unfortunately we are not able to cater for specific dietary requirements on this occasion. If you have any further questions please contact us directly.
